Kristi Dosh is a former practicing attorney who is now a sports business contributor for Forbes and the founder of BusinessofCollegeSports.com. She has written on the business of college sports for more than a decade for outlets such as ESPN, The Washington Post, and Sports Business Journal. Kristi hosts two podcasts, the Business of College Sports podcast for those working in and around college sports, and The Players' Platform, an NIL podcast she co-hosts with Duke track and field athlete Emily Cole. She also currently teaches name, image, and likeness (NIL) courses at the University of Florida in the PR, Journalism, and Sport Management programs. Kristi is the author of business of college football book, Saturday Millionaires.

Wesley Haynes
CEO, The Brandr Group
Wesley Haynes is the president and CEO of The Brandr Group, a Florida-based branding, sponsorship, and licensing agency he founded in 2014
The Brandr Group works with clients including Topgolf, the NFL, and MLB Player Associations and represents the group rights of athletes at more than 85 NCAA schools, including Alabama, Ohio State, Michigan, and Texas. Close to 10,000 athletes have opted into TBG’s group licensing NIL program. The company develops and manages best-in-class co-branded passive and active group rights programs that marry the athlete’s NIL with school marks.
Prior to founding TBG, Haynes served as senior vice president of IMG Worldwide. He also brings experience from his time with the PGA TOUR, where he served as vice president in multiple posts, including licensing, marketing and business development. Haynes serves on the advisory board of GORUCK, and he is a board member of CampusLore.

Hunter has been with The Brandr Group since the company’s inception in 2014, first serving as Director of Business Development before becoming Vice President of Group rights in 2021. In his current role, Hunter works with brands, athletic departments, and student-athletes to leverage group rights and build a sustainable framework for NIL within NCAA guidelines, with the best interests of the student-athletes always being the top priority.
A graduate of Wake Forest University, Hunter played linebacker for the Deamon Deacons football team from 2007-2010. He has always had a strong desire to work in the business of college sports, and Hunter's experience as a former student-athlete gives him a unique perspective on the impact of NIL.

In 2020 Bryce led Captiv8’s launch of Captiv8 Collegiate with the goal of supporting Captiv8 brand partner’s strategic approach to NIL while also working with universities across the country to educate student-athletes on the creator economy via access to the Captiv8 dashboard. In 2021 Captiv8’s partnership with Leo Burnett for Buick’s #SeeHerGreatness Women’s March Madness Campaign won a Cannes Lion Award.
