As a minority-owned business that has built it's foundation upon the diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, and excellence of our employees, Captiv8 is committed to fair representation and inclusivity. We understand that change does not happen overnight, but small steps lead to momentum and progress.
As a data-first technology, our mission is to create a platform that enables marketers with tools to diversify their marketing initiatives. Keeping that in mind, we are building features to encourage representation across various ethnicities, races, and sexual orientations. Our Captiv8 Platform includes the following features:
To allow appropriate self-identification, we have updated our existing filters to include up to 8 gender categories and added pronouns for creators identification.
Also, we have expanded our existing ethnicity categories to provide creators with a better representation of ethnic categories to use when self-identifying.
We have added brand new filters into our platform for creators to update their sexual orientation, should they choose to share.
